Confirm the actual detector's supported gas type and follow its placement, power and warm-up instructions. Pair it only with a host supporting the same 433 MHz protocol; frequency alone is not enough.

This is a combustible-gas detector, not a substitute for a specified carbon-monoxide alarm. Any app notification depends on the separate alarm host and its working network connection. Test the full system after installation.
