Match the Mat to the Project Footprint

Lay the mat flat on a stable table and arrange the material before cutting. A larger mat is useful when the piece needs more support, while a smaller one leaves room for other desk tasks.

Use tools and pressure appropriate to the actual mat. It is not automatically suitable for electronic cutter feed systems or hot tools. Store flat and avoid excessive heat to help retain its shape.
