HDPE Garden Shade Net for Greenhouses, Canopies and Pavilions
By midday a greenhouse or canopy can become a glare trap for seedlings and for anyone sitting under it. This HDPE shade net has borders on all four sides, corner protectors and a choice of shading rates to match the crop. Suits growers and anyone shading a patio or pavilion.
Shade You Can Match to the Crop
✅ Shade matched to the crop Choose 30 to 90 percent shading: light for salad leaves, heavier where strong sun scorches.
✅ Midday over the table Hang it above a patio or canopy and the glare drops without shutting the garden away.
✅ Edges made for tying Reinforced borders and corner protectors give rope or clips something solid to grip.
✅ Air keeps moving The woven mesh lets warm air rise through instead of sealing it under the cover.
✅ Cut to your frame Sizes can be customised, so a long run of canopies need not be patched piece by piece.
It is a covering rather than a roof: the water resistance is given as not waterproof, so treat it as sun cover for a frame and keep the rain plan separate.
Choosing a rate is the decision that shapes the job. A 50 to 70 percent net suits flowering and leafy crops, while a 90 percent net belongs over plants that scorch easily; the 30 percent option is the lightest choice for a patio that should stay bright.
Fitting is a matter of tension: eyelets run along the bordered edges and the corner protectors take the pull where a rope turns. More anchor points on your frame mean less flapping in wind. One net comes per order, so a run of bays needs more than one.
