Mechanical Outside Micrometer, Four Measuring Range Options
Check an external diameter or material thickness before deciding whether a part fits. This mechanical outside micrometer comes in four separate measuring ranges. It is for workshop and DIY users who want a physical scale rather than a battery-powered display.
- ✅ Check a part before assembly — Opposed measuring faces contact suitable external surfaces.
- ✅ Control the approach to the workpiece — A knurled thimble advances the spindle.
- ✅ Read without a powered display — Sleeve and thimble graduations provide the measurement.
- ✅ Choose for the part's size — Four separate ranges cover different external dimensions.
Choose the range that contains your measurement
The options are 0–25mm, 25–50mm, 50–75mm and 75–100mm. Each variant is a selected micrometer, not the full group pictured. A tool's minimum range matters just as much as its maximum when choosing for a small component.
Clean the measuring faces and check the reference setting before use. Keep the tool square to the dimension being measured and use consistent light contact. The 0.01mm marking describes the scale increment; no calibrated accuracy certificate is confirmed.
The photographs show a case, adjustment tool and reference pieces in some arrangements. Those extras are not confirmed for every option, so do not assume a complete four-tool kit or all illustrated accessories are included.

The pictured sizes are separate range options.

Reference pieces and accessories are not confirmed for every option.

Choose 50–75mm for dimensions within that interval.

The 75–100mm option is intended for larger external dimensions.

The 25–50mm option has its own minimum opening.

A case is pictured, but extras are not confirmed for every option.

The smallest option measures within 0–25mm.
