Measure the part before committing to the fit
Use the outside jaws for widths and diameters, the smaller jaws for suitable internal openings, and the depth blade for recesses. A thumb roller assists adjustment and a clamp screw can hold the slider position.
Clean the measuring faces, close the jaws and check zero before use. The stated resolution is 0.01mm and the stated accuracy is ±0.02mm; resolution alone is not a guarantee of accuracy in every measurement. Apply consistent light pressure rather than forcing the jaws.
