Programmable Heating Thermostat - Wi-Fi Options

A heating schedule only saves you fiddling if it matches how the house is actually used. This programmable thermostat sets weekly periods instead of one fixed temperature, and comes in versions for water or electric heating, with or without Wi-Fi.

? Set the week once, then leave it alone - Weekly programming stores several periods per day, so mornings and evenings can differ from the middle of the day.

? Pick the version your heating system needs - Water-heating and electric-heating versions are listed separately, as are Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi models.

? Choose whether the unit joins your network - The Wi-Fi version is there for a connected setup; the standard version keeps control at the unit itself.

A weekly heating schedule, set once

Plan the periods around the hours the rooms are used: a lower setpoint while the house is empty, warmer before you get up and again in the evening. Because the pattern repeats weekly, the routine is entered once rather than adjusted each morning.

Before ordering, match the thermostat to the load it will switch and to the wiring you have. The water and electric versions are not interchangeable, so check the control output on your system first, and have the installation done by someone competent to work on mains heating controls.
