Add a motion event to a compatible Zigbee home setup. This battery-powered PIR sensor can be positioned where you want to detect passing movement, without running a power lead to the sensor.

✅ Place the sensor without a mains connection there - Two AAA batteries power the wireless unit within the compatible gateway's coverage.

Plan the Detection Point and the Gateway Together

Choose the area where passing movement matters and follow the placement instructions for the sensor. Position and surrounding conditions affect the useful coverage; motion detection is not a guarantee of continuous occupancy information or an empty room.

Confirm the exact hub and intended automation for the Zigbee 3.0 or Tuya Zigbee version before ordering. The sensor does not connect to Wi-Fi directly, and integrations differ between gateways and controller software.
