Adjustable Silicone Patella Knee Strap for Running and Gym

Halfway through a long run or a set of squats, a strap below the kneecap is one way to keep steady pressure on the tendon. This silicone patella strap adjusts around the knee, has a non-slip inner face and a breathable build, and is cut to a unisex fit.

Pressure Below the Kneecap, Set by You

✅ Adjusts to the leg The strap tightens to the leg it is on, so the same piece can be worn on either knee.

✅ Holds position while you move A non-slip inner face is there to keep the strap where you set it during a run.

✅ Air through the build The breathable construction is meant to let heat out when the session gets long.

✅ Small enough for a kit bag It is lightweight and portable, so it slips into a gym bag or a jacket pocket between sessions.

✅ One strap, several sports Running, volleyball, weights, hiking or a rehabilitation session all use the same piece of kit.

It sits around the knee, just below the kneecap, and closes behind the leg. Set the tension snug rather than tight, then flex the knee a few times before you start: a strap that rides up or pinches is one that was closed too firmly.

The maker gives shock absorption and pressure relief as the point of the strap, and applies it to running, ball sports, gym training, hiking and knee rehabilitation. It is a soft support strap, not a hinged brace, and it is expressly not personal protective equipment or hard protective gear.

Two variants are offered and no size range is stated, so check the option you are choosing against a measurement taken around the knee. If the knee is swollen, measure it at rest rather than straight after training. What the pack holds is not stated either, so confirm before ordering whether one strap or a pair is supplied.

It is unisex, and the same strap can move between training days and rehab work. Anyone recovering from an injury should be following a clinician's plan as well; the strap is an aid worn during activity, not a treatment on its own.
