LED Digital Alarm Clock with Sound-Activated Display
A dark bedroom, and the time appears when you clap or speak. This LED alarm clock keeps its display off until sound triggers it, then shows the time in digits. Alarm and snooze sit on top, with the temperature alongside. USB cable or AAA batteries, and the batteries are not included.
A clock face that stays dark until you need it
✅ Display stays dark at night The screen lights when sound triggers it, so a dark bedroom stays dark.
✅ Time, alarm and temperature One panel shows the time, the alarm setting and the room temperature.
✅ Snooze within reach The buttons sit on top, so you can reach them without sitting up.
✅ USB or battery power Run it by USB cable at a desk, or AAA cells on a shelf with no socket.
✅ Twelve or twenty-four hour Switch the display between 12 and 24 hour format, whichever you read faster.
Setting up takes a minute: set the time and the alarm, choose 12 or 24 hour display, then switch the sound sensor on. With the sensor on, the display lights after a sound and goes out again after about five seconds, which is why the room stays dim at night.
Power changes how it behaves. On the USB cable the LEDs stay on all evening; on AAA cells with the sensor on, the display sleeps between sounds. Batteries are not included, so have cells ready or plan on the cable.
The sensor needs a sound of roughly 60 decibels or more, about the level of a clap or a raised voice across the room. A whisper will not wake the display, so if you want the time visible through the night, run it from USB instead.
