DC 10–60 V 70 A PWM Motor Speed Controller, 4000 W

A worn controller can leave a scooter or e-bike motor stuck at one speed or dead altogether. This PWM module takes DC 10–60 V in, passes up to 70 A and drives a brushed DC motor from a 100 K potentiometer. It suits rebuilds, test rigs and small electric vehicles.

Wiring is straightforward: battery positive and negative in, motor out, and the potentiometer through a 10 mm shaft hole. The knob carries a switch, so the controller can stay wired and be switched off between runs.

Speed follows current through a linear potentiometer, adjustable from 0 to 100%. An 80 A cut-off protects the module if a motor stalls above the 70 A working limit.

This is a brushed-motor controller rather than a brushless one, and no battery is included. Plan the rest of the build around the parts you already have.

Before ordering, confirm three numbers: the pack stays between 10 and 60 V, the motor is brushed, and the current draw stays inside 70 A. The 4000 W figure is continuous power, not a peak rating.
