Patellar Knee Strap for Running and Gym, Adjustable, One Size

A runner on a hilly route, or a lifter midway through a squat set, feels the load just below the kneecap. This patellar knee strap sits on that tendon and applies localised pressure through an AIR compression pad, held by a double-knot strap. It suits anyone managing jumper's knee or tendonitis discomfort in sport.

Pressure where the tendon meets the kneecap

✅ Pressure in one spot The AIR compression pad concentrates force on the tendon below the kneecap instead of squeezing the whole joint.

✅ Tight, non-slip wrap A double-knot strap keeps the tension you set while you run, jump or squat.

✅ Set the tightness yourself Custom tightness: adjust the strap before a session, then again once the leg is warm.

✅ Barely there on long runs At 23 g in a knit blend, the strap adds little bulk under tights or shorts.

It is sold as one adjustable size, so fit comes from how tight you pull the strap rather than from picking a size at checkout. Anyone with a very large or very small leg circumference should ask before ordering.

Wear it below the kneecap, over the tendon rather than across the kneecap itself, and check after the first few minutes of running or jumping that the pad has not rotated out of place.

It is a support strap rather than a full knee brace: there is no hinge or sleeve around the joint. If discomfort continues or gets worse after training, get it looked at instead of simply tightening the strap.
