A scan aid for a properly checked fixing plan
Choose a mode, calibrate and scan according to the supplied instructions. The LCD shows the selected mode and signal information. Objects and surfaces differ, so a stated centre indication should be checked from more than one approach rather than treated as a guaranteed fixing location.
Wall layers, metal coverings, moisture, object depth and cable conditions can affect readings. The scanner does not establish structural fixing capacity, confirm that a circuit is isolated or prove the area is free of pipes and wires. Verify services and the required fixing method separately before drilling.
One selected scanner is offered in white, orange or black. A 9 V dry battery is required and excluded. The images show different body colours, not a package containing all versions. Tools, brackets, fixings and other items in the application scenes are excluded.
