A compact movement input for everyday room routines
Pair the sensor with a suitable Zigbee gateway before creating rules in the connected system. The gateway, lamps and any cameras or sirens pictured are separate equipment. App functions depend on the gateway and configuration rather than the sensor alone.
Choose a location that covers the route people actually use, then test the motion events after fitting. PIR is movement sensing, not radar presence sensing: a person sitting still may not produce the same response as someone crossing the room.
Choose between one sensor and one sensor with a holder. The package includes a manual, double-sided sticker and reset pin, with a CR2450 battery specified as included. The sensor does not guarantee intrusion detection, pet filtering or prevention; use configured notifications as information rather than a promise of protection.
