The board is green PCB and small, and photographs of it shift a shade between screens. Treat the colour and the size in the pictures as approximate rather than a measurement.
Opening a lithium battery pack is not a job to rush. If you have not rebuilt one before, hand the board and cables to a workshop that has, and keep the old board until the pack is proven.
