Calibrate Before Comparing Samples

The scale covers 0-32% Brix with 0.2% divisions. Follow the calibration procedure and use samples appropriate to the instrument; dissolved substances other than sugar can affect the interpretation.

The specified working range is 10-30 C with automatic temperature compensation. Clean and dry the prism between samples. A pipette, small screwdriver and cloth are included.
