11. Delivery
The merchant will deliver the ordered products to the user (buyer) within the agreed time. The Merchant's contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is 10 - 20 working days. The merchant reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will enable him to fulfill the order more efficiently.

In the case of collection of products by cash on delivery, the buyer also pays the postal costs.
